I did not know about the growth inhibitor thing!! Is that why people say that food has got less nutritious over the decades? Loved this issue, v excited to put some tips into action.

Can't wait to see what tips you use (send pics :P)! The growth inhibitor is to stop people from replicating the plants, and some might argue to help prevent it from going off as quickly. But the loss in nutrition in food is more due to breeding for looks, rapid growth and pest resistance, rather than for nutritional content and diversity. But you raised a really interesting point, one I could write a whole newsletter about, and probably will.
