I have alot of these. How do I save the seeds...are they in the flower?

Amazing to hear you have a lot! Saving the seeds should be pretty simple: they are found in the flower of the thistle, so cutting off the heads and letting them dry (I recommend putting them in a paper bag for up to a week). Once dry you'll want to separate the chaff, which is the non-seed part, if they are already in a bag then just shake it and try to break apart the seed heads within it. Then you'll want to winnow, which is to let the chaff blow away as you pour the seeds into a storage container. This takes a little practice so you could also sieve off the chaff or hand pick out the seeds if that is easier. Let me know how you get on :)
