Why are you not planting your maize seed trial. Would you not get a jump on the season?
It's defo too early to be planting maize. We wont be putting seeds in the ground until late may for that one. The risk of frost and the lack of light would make it a waste of seeds and work.
As long as they are knee high by July, we're all good
